Randy Narciso is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience spanning product management, strategic marketing, operations, engineering, and sales. He has held senior positions at organizations including IBM, Verizon, Brocade Communications, QLogic Corporation, Troika Networks, Education Management Systems, GoGuardian, and Sunbit.
In the realm of entrepreneurship, Randy has founded and launched several mobile applications and ventures, such as TapStats, TapReels, DripDrops, and 360Shooter. Randy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Global Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Beyond his corporate and entrepreneurial endeavors, Randy has dedicated nearly a decade to youth basketball coaching. He co-founded the SoCal Hoops Basketball Academy, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, where he has trained hundreds of athletes, emphasizing skill development and mental resilience. His collaborations extend to local high school teams, including Granada Hills Charter High School, through programs like The Combine Basketball Program.
Randy's commitment to mental training led him to establish Fight ON! Mentality in 2019. This online platform offers technology-based mental training programs designed to develop mental toughness and peak performance in athletes, coaches, business professionals, and students.
